Great experience all around. Prices much better than what the dealer wanted. Waiting area has cold AC and is clean and comfortable. Shuttle service was kindly offered to the nearby area. And my car was done much faster than I expected in just a couple of hours!

I was having an AC issue with my vehicle and it was blowing warm Air. I called and Vince told me to bring my car in and that it might take a few hours, he gave me a quote and thanked me for calling. I came by this morning and Vince greeted me, asked me to fill out a form. He told me it would take a few hours, that he would call me if they find anything else and when it's ready. Vince called me and went over everything, said my car was ready it took an hour! Got to the shop Vince greeted me and went over everything and I paid and left! Wonderful service. I did not feel pressured or intimidated at all. I have cold AC again!! I will definitely recommend River oaks Automotive Center to everyone!
